Profile:

Oscar A. Sanchez is an experienced trial lawyer and civil litigator. Over the course of his career, his practice has run the gamut of commercial cases, including business torts, employment litigation, IP litigation, construction litigation, and real estate related litigation, to name a few areas.  Oscar also works diligently to improve the legal profession through his leadership, having served as President of the University of Florida Law Alumni Council, and presently serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida Law Center Association.  Commencing July 1, 2016, he will begin his service as Vice Chair of the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee of The Florida Bar, and he has served on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee. Oscar is a frequent speaker on trending legal issues, often devoting his presentations to the topic of legal ethics. He has been repeatedly recognized in various peer reviewing organizations.

Prior to joining Casareale & Partners Mr. Sanchez practiced with a national law firm for over 25 years.

In addition to his practice at Casareale & Partners, Mr. Sanchez is also the founding Partner of OAS Mediation.  In this endeavor Oscar devotes his energies to helping litigants amicably resolve their disputes through mediation.  He is also available to serve as an arbitrator, and when appointed to do so by the courts, to serve as a special magistrate.
